ChatGPT
SerpResult works in ChatGPT through its MCP server. ChatGPT gets one tool, serp_search, which runs a live search
on Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, Yahoo, Brave or Yandex from the country you name and reads back the ranked organic
results: position, title, URL, domain and snippet.
Connect
Section titled “Connect”There is no API key to create or paste. Add SerpResult as a connector in ChatGPT, sign in to your SerpResult account in the window that opens, and approve the connection. The connection then spends credits from that account until you revoke it under Connected apps in the dashboard.
Credits
Section titled “Credits”Each search costs 1 credit from your SerpResult account; a cached result still costs 1 credit. Bulk Search costs 1 credit per query.
ChatGPT decides when to call the tool, so ask for one search at a time when you want to keep usage predictable.
The endpoint, tool parameters, developer-mode steps and troubleshooting are on the MCP server page.
